Realtor Cleaning Program
Sandi Cleaning Services offers a
discount program to Realtors, who
refer their clients to clean their
home.
Recommend us to your clients for a one-time or recurring cleaning and get 10~25% off discount applied to either your home or office cleaning.
10% off from move-in or move-out cleaning service and 25% off from recurring cleaning services.
Discount will be given to the Realtor after the completion of move-in or move out cleaning services or 2 recurring cleanings services.
Discount must be pre-approved through our office.

services.
Refer anyone to our residential
cleaning services and receive $25 discount on one of your upcoming cleaning service charges.
The referred client must have 2 recurring cleaning services before the discount can be given.
Discount must be approved through our office.
There is no limit on this discount, get it as many times as you refer someone to us, that then has at least 2 cleanings.
Be sure to tell them to mention your name.

Customized Service Instructions
Sandi Cleaning Services is committed cleaning your home using a carefully developed system that is customized to meet your specific needs, either personal preferences or specific health needs. During the initial FREE CONSULTATION, one of experts will come to your home and begin your Customized Service Instructions, which describes. how you want your home cleaned.
- Do some areas of your home get more use than others?
- Are there parts of your home that you do not want cleaned?
- Does your home require more frequent cleanings because of special health needs?
- Do you have any restriction to use cleaning supplies (not to use) ?
The Customized Service Instructions will be saved in the system and be provided to the crew at the date of services your home.
What service frequency is right for you?
Select Weekly Cleaning if:
- Your home is larger, or if you have a large household
- You require a very clean house due a sick member in the household
- You have two or more younger children
Select Bi-Weekly Cleaning if:
- You are older or have a smaller household
- There are areas of the house that aren’t used often
- You are comfortable with going two weeks before your next cleaning
Select Monthly Cleaning if:
- You want help doing a deep cleaning once a month, because you perform maintaince cleanings in between
- You frequently are traveling so that there isn’t a need for regular cleaning
Generally speaking, more frequent service means each cleaning takes less time, so the cost for a weekly cleaning will be lower than the cost of monthly cleaning.
